Dear All,

I was using linksys phones that has feature that when you start dial number by typing first 2 or three disgits; it shows you a list of available numbers from history or from phone book for all numbers that has the same digits of the typed digits (like mobile contacts on android), so is there any similar feature  in mitel phones like mitel 5320e??

 I telenet on port 1752, i can not see the caller id for incoming calls and it shows the trunk number T001 instead of the caller id?we have analog trunks and the answer point is set to an extension

I also tried the  Advanced PBX Logger but also the same result so is there specific configuration for the  Advanced PBX Logger ? we have analog trunks and the answer point is set to an extension

hi

when I telenet on port 1752, i can see the caller id for incoming calls and also for dialed (outgoing calls) without any problem. but now i am using software (simplesmdr or advanced pbx logger) and it shows only the outgoing calls numbers but for the incoming calls it shows only T001 instead of the caller id??

i want to configure a hunt group for one department so when someone calls any member of that dept and that member didn't answer after 5 rings then the call automatically forwarded to next member of that dept

Dear all,

I have mitel 3300 in the main site with 10 mitel phones, now we have new remote site with 5 users (5 phones), we wil configure IPSEC site to site vpn between the two sites, now we want the 5 phones in the remote site to be registered in the main site so we can make internal call with the remote site users and also the remote site users will make call through the mitel 3300 in the main site, i want to know the needed configurations on the phones that needs to be changed also if there any settings that needs to be applied on the mitel 3300??
