Open a command prompt and type "telnet 192.168.1.10 1752".

Then make a phone call. After you hang up the call, a line should be outputted on the telnet session. This is your raw smdr data.

Did you look at COS 64? Where the smdr  options on?

You could try setting up a telnet seesion using hyperterminal on port 1752 to capture raw data from smdr logs. Hyperterminal is installed as standard on most windows systems up to XP.

Go to start. accessories. then I think communcation.

Open new connection and set port to 1752 and the plug in to 3300 or back of a phone.

I have a doc stating all smdr settings somewhere, I will see if I can find it and post it here, probably tommorrow.

I have changed the COS 64 settings so that the SMDR options for external and internal are on.
I then tried telnet and it did give some call information.

Well your now outputting SMDR. This means your call recording software should be getting the same info. Is the call recording software recording correctly now?
