Mitel Software Applications / Phantom Extension

I have not set one up in awhile.  Stand alone nupoint system,  created a mailbox,  when I call into the system and dial the access number to get to the vm I can dial the extension and get the mailbox,  When I call straight into the system I can not dial the extension thru the Auto Attend,

have searched the forum and have not found a solution for my issue.  When an internal caller makes a call or is transferred they are getting no ringback. I have checked the "Music on Hold on Transfer" and they are all set to No.

Two Sites,  A and B. using built in VM and MLAA.
All of the phones use site A as their home element,  mostly to have all of the voice mail at one location.
Site A extensions start with either a 2xxx, 6xxx or a 7xxx.
Site B extensions all start with a 1xxx.

Since the phones will use the ARS of their home element.  Is there a way to get the 1xxx extensions to use the trunks at site B when 911 is called.

Or what are the voice mail ramifications if I just move all of the Site B phones over to site B as their home element.

I have found all kinds of information why the ear piece volume may reset.  I have a customer claiming that the ring volume resets every day?  I did not see a COS for that?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Rel 7 DID's

I have this all figured out in 6 with NUpoint using the speed call form.  But now I have rel 7 and I am using the built in MLAA. I can not get DID to route to an internal extension.  Right now I have it set to absorg 0 and the 'Dial in trunk Answer point' is 7300 (my voicemail group)

I was assuming that to use the 'DID service form'  that I need to turn on 'Direct inward dialing services', in trunk attributes,absorb 3, and then remove the 7300.

Then in the 'DID service form' I have entered in the correct DID information and the destination extensions. I can not get it to answer after I do this.

is there a log or maintenance command that I can check the incoming digits from the provider,  I know there is but I can not find my notes.

I saw another post, where you suggested a hunt group, and then add the VM menu node extension as member,  correct?
I keep getting wrong extension type when I try to add the VM menu node extension.  (Hunt group type 'voicemail')

Drawing a mental blank on this one,  I mostly install NuPoint.  I can not find any clear instructions on the Built in AA.
Am I able to create a mailbox as a Menu Node and go from there. Should I be able to call the Menu Node box 7400 from an internal extension and the run thru the menu,  or will it only work from the outside?  I have 7400 set up but get a fast busy when I dial from the inside.

Similar problem here, all calls come in on an auto-attendant, they do not want any calls to ring the classroom phones,  just go to voicemail. But if a receptionist gets and outside call, the receptionist needs to be able to transfer that call to the classroom.  The restrictions in the system now that can be used do not work because the system always sees the call as an outside call,  so it is not as simple as just restricting outside calls to the classrooms.   (networked 3300 systems, ver 7)
