« on: May 14, 2019, 05:49:05 AM »
Hi,

Looking for some guidance please, hope the following makes sense.

We have a couple of DECT 112 phones all configured and working fine until the Base Unit decides randomly to go offline for c24hrs. We have purchased a new Base Unit which I want to move the phones to.
What is the recommended process please ?

TIA, J

all sorted thank you. I downloaded the default UPIQ Workflow and Subroutines and from those it was simple to add the relevant queues and assign the subroutine. Thanks.

Hi, Just purchased a handful of UPiQ ports for testing but have been unsuccessful finding any guides / samples online. Anybody have any guides / documentation on how-to use would be greatly appreciated :) TIA

that's great thank you pmhaynes. I've created a NTHG forwarded to VM but it's still picking up the original CLI so may need tweaking somewhere !

Mitel Software Applications / Single Nupoint mailbox for many extensions
« on: December 08, 2014, 10:22:49 AM »
Hi,

I have 21 extensions, neither want personal voicemail, they all divert to a single extension when they are unavailable to take calls. If this single extension is diverted to Nupoint the mailbox needs to be able to record messages irrespective of the original number dialled. It's easy if there's a maximum of 5 extensions but any ideas on how to achieve what's needed in the real world ?

Appreciate any help offered ! Thank you

« on: March 25, 2014, 06:45:23 AM »
Hi, we have a need to identify calls made by certain extensions / agents over a period of time. Is there a maintenance command or does anybody have any idea howto extract this information ?
Many thanks
