Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / acd agent status

Hi all, we have an ACD setup on our Mitel 3300. Previously, we didn't use ACD, and were able to use to use the DSS/Busy lamps to see who was available. Now that we have ACD set up, people are able to log out of ACD, and I'm not sure how I can monitor this? Can anyone help?
