When logging in into older sw versions mcd 6 and older MSL the TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 en TLS 1.2 and rc4 errors on screen.
Anyone a workaround without downgrade IE ?

We are going to upgrade a mcd to version 7.2, i can't seem to find a document that describes if it will function with CCM IVR 7.1.3.0 Could someone provide me with a answer ?

is there a timer for HDU to log out after a network issue, the extension is not reset, only the connection to the mcd is lost.

we have a issue with a UCA on Vmas Mitel Applications Suite 5.0.116.0, Mitel Standard Linux 10.0.43 after DNS change uploaded user pictures are not visible anymore.

sync error DSS0003 MiXML synchronisation failure, when I sync YSE with VMCD, MiXMLTestTool passes all tests, PABX connection test is succesful... anyone??

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5550IP call rerouting

question: I have 2 different companies, each company has 2 5550IP consoles. When those 2 are both set absent, the call needs to be redirected to the other 2 consoles from the other company and vice versa.
When the last console is set absent the system has to go in Night 1.
How do I reroute the call for company A to the other 2 consoles from company B, when both consoles from company A are set absent? Does 1st alt work on this?

After update from 5.0 to 6.0 sp3 i have no cli information on 5604 handsets in a ringgroup, instead the ringgroupnumber is displayed.
According to Mitel this will be fixed in release 7, anyone an other suggestion?

If I forward extension A to extension B, call remains ringing on extension B en does not follow it's routing. Do I miss a cos setting?

since last windows update i can't manage mcd's
 mcd 6.0 SP2 not with explorer 9, works with Firefox 25.0.1
 mcd 5.0 not with explorer 11, not with firefox
anyone??

An external call (siptrunk) is routed via a huntgroup to (RinggroupA) and next transferred by member1 of ringgroupA to an extension (extB) which is has a 1st alternative (RinggroupA).
When extB is not answering the transferred call, the call returns to ringgroupA instead of member1.
Timers in cos extension and trunks
call fwd no answer 12 sec
No answer recall 17 sec
Recall if transferred to original call destination : YES

When I call an extension (A) wich has a first alternative to an extension (B)  that is forwarded into Nupoint, I get the mailbox text from extension (A), I want to hear the message played from extension (B).. How can I fix this?
