Did you try to put the site in your "trusted Sites" list, and also add it as an exclusion?

You can enable SSL3 in IE11 and add to trusted sites and get it to work, but does anyone know how to make Firefox work?
Sounds like they have disabled RC4 connections without any workarounds?

Can you not go to about:config in FireFox and change value of "security.tls.unrestricted_rc4_fallback" to true to make it work anymore? It shows in mine with FF 50.0.2
