If it comes out a few days late, then usually it wont have a major bug.

Well that's just my view on it based on past releases!

In the system administration help there is "To complete the pickup, press Pickup or the Call Pickup feature access key again.". When I enter the "Call Pickup - Dialed" FAC the phone shows the caller but when I enter the FAS again nothing happens.

Some of these feature require the key to be used... try it with an actual key programmed with the feature or use the softkey, the FAC may not perform the exact same function.

How do you go about establishing that relationship? My boss and I are starting to look into doing the install and configuring ourselves.

We're still running 7.2 on the majority of our systems which we find to be very stable.

We have upgraded our virtual MiVoice Business to 8.0 already and did not find any issue, except some missing links in the online help. Probably tomorrow we will upgrade our company CX. I will retest the pickup then.
