Title: MiVoice Business - Auto attendant
Post by: ggesto on November 28, 2024, 02:34:19 PM
Hi everyone, i'm implementing an AA with the embedded VM.
The AA is working well, in the DID form, I've the DID Number redirected to DN 6000. How can I create a dummy (or virtual or phantom) DN thats no consume an user license? Because actually, I made it works with the DN 6000 as Generic SIP Phone.

Many thanks for all

This would depend upon what version is running. Current has potentially the ability to do callflow

Hi johnp, thanks. I have the latest version. And I create a call flow. But how I can create a DN that not consumes an IP User License? Actually I create a DN as usual, but I think that should do it from another way and I don't know how.

There are several ways but one of the most straightforward is a System Speed Call.

There is a form called "System Speed Calls" that you can point a DID to another destination on your system.

I would set this up using a trusted license, I usually make them 5020 phones as it is the default for a Nupoint port
