Hi All,
We have a mailbox number that has a call flow (NuPoint) that we use for our IT Helpdesk queue, I'm looking to get that mailbox number to show up in directory, (on phone an d MiCollab), any suggestions?

in the Mivb --> go to telephone directory and try to add your mailbox with a name and tick phonebook Yes.
if you are not able to do that, go tu users and devices in the Mivb or in the Micollab , create a user with the same mailbox number and associat .
then go back to telephone directory.

I created the user in telephone directory and ticked "include in phonebook", however it does not show up when I search in MiCollab Client.

Maybe your Micollab client use your microsoft LDAP and not the mitel phonebook ?

It probably is, now i cant figure out how the user i created in AD should show up i contacts

If your phones consults the Ad directory and not the mitel directory, you have your answer. Just create an account in the ad with the extension of your mailbox and you're done
