Title: RAD's not playing on ACD Path
Post by: bigyorkshire on October 19, 2018, 04:39:22 AM
Hi All,

I've had a bit of an ongoing saga on site, whereby a call would queue on the ACD path, but not present to an available agent. This was resolved by carrying out a DB save/restore (clearly some DB corruption was in play) but now it has introduced another issue.

The path's no longer play the RAD greeting before presenting to an agent. If I call the HG for the RAD, it plays no issue - same if I dial the individual ports.

Checked features and nothing is in DND

Any ideas?

Try to restart server

Try to restart server
You could try this, but I am generally against recommending a restart as the first step... a large physical controller could take 30+ minutes to come back online and it's a total service outage in some situations until it's back up.

How is the RAD configured, can you show us the relative sections of your ACD path configuration?

Are your VM Ports that are assigned to the RAD in DND?

Nevermind, I did not read the first post completely.
