Title: Blocking outgoing calls when caller's total outbound duration=certain value
Post by: synthesis on February 26, 2018, 08:48:28 AM
Hello. I am administering a Mitel 3300 ICP. Internal staff have an account code for making outgoing calls. How can outgoing calls be controlled for every staff member, so that say they speak for more than 2 hours in a day, they are blocked from further making outgoing calls?

I haven't done this myself so you'll have to try it out.
I believe that the COS of the account code can be set to disconnect calls after X minutes.
Copy the account code's COS to a new one.
Change the disconnect timer to a couple of minutes.
Assign the COS to a test account code and then test.

Call Duration
You can set a warning tone (in minutes) then a delay (in minutes) before the call is disconnected.

Just to clarify for the OP, this is per call. It is not cumulative.
