Those stats are completely meaningless. You can't analyse anything using a 3-second call.
Get as much longer call up before coming to any conclusions.
Having said that, the interesting thing about those stats is that the packets are being dropped in a chunk, not randomly. Still, due to the lack of data, that might not be saying what it looks like it's saying.
Whoever manages the network at that office should be asked to look into it. They need to check their switch logs, switchport performance stats, and the same on whatever their Edge device is for that site (eg router or firewall). If this is simply congestion on the WAN then it is something you can fix by configuring QoS properly.
If your other applications are also suffering, you may be able to improve performance (and reduce retransmits, which will reduce congestion) by reconfiguring the TCP/IP Window size to a much, much higher value (4x or 8x) than the default.
