We have a dialer hooked to our Mitel3300. The other week they changed the T1 signaling on the dialer to PRI.
Externally the caller ID is correct; showing the 800 number. However, when the dialer transfers that call internally on our MPLS, the caller ID (internal) shows as the 800 number. Before we changed the signaling the caller ID internally read Dialer.
Any idea where to change that on the 3300?
