Ring Group Failover When All Devices Are DND

Hi

I have a ring group which has a system speed dial as a failover if no answer from the ring group. However I have noticed that if all of the devices are in DND mode then an incoming call never fails over to the speed dial. The call just seems to sit in the ring group until  the caller hangs up.

Anybody know how to fix this?

What version of software?

From MCD 8.0 I think you can use the Call Reroute forms for ring groups. Maybe programming a 1st alt will work??
