Divert analog device type extension to another ISDN number
« on: March 16, 2017, 07:46:29 PM »
Hi all

We have our main fax number xxxx6111 and configured in Mitel controller as Analog device type

We just recently signed up gofax.com.au and have been given a new fax number

I just wonder if there is a way from Mitel controller to do diverting the 6111 extension to the external given for us?

So far I have not found an easy way to do it

thanks all for reading

Try a Speed Call.

But better would be to ask your telecomms provider to divert it for you.
