Hello. I have been receiving the following alarm from the Mitel CCM (Contact Centre Management) server:

ALM0104 - Carrier plan is not associated with a media server or a trunk group

Reading the webpage from the Mitel Knowledge Base (http://micc.mitel.com/kb/KnowledgebaseArticle51662.aspx) says that I should go to the carrier plan in YourSite Explorer and associate it with either a media server or trunk group. However, I am unable to locate "carrier plan" in YourSite Explorer.

Where is "carrier plan" located in YourSite Explorer?

Unless you want your call accounting reports to include Cost you can just disable this alarm.

Yes this is part of the call accounting setup. I would read and perhaps use the default info. There are some dialing string templates that can help set this up.
