One number on multiple sets

Hi there
I have a request to one phone number on multiple sets (4 in total). They want a call center type set up. Can this be done? I'm using a Mitel 3300 with 5330e phones. Any advice or how to would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

Certainly this can be done.

A DID directed to a ring group, and then the members of the ring-group using presence would would similar to a call center.

So how would I program that? Does each set still need a number? Thanks

Yes, each set needs a number. Either configured on the handset, or your users hotdesk into the handsets.
Then you put those numbers into a Ring Group.

Or just use a multicall key on each set and point a DID at it (if you don't need precence)

1 - Create Ring group ( 6000 for example )   // choose ring all or cascade call ...
 2 - Put your 4 member into your group 6000
   3- Speed call  external number --> 6000

Thats all.

step 3- could just use the DID form to point the incoming call at 6000. The internal callers can dial 6000.
