continuous tone when answering calls - E2T card errors

Hello,

For some time it happens sort of random as day but I think in the same timeframe: 10:00 - 10:15 AM - that for inbound calls ACD agents gets continuous tone when answering.
In the logs I see something like this:

Then everything is fine during the day. Any idea why ? Thanks

Although I haven't seen this one before, it looks to me that the system is telling you that you do not have enough E2T processors to handle your traffic.  This would be what converts your PRI or T1 voice traffic to VoIP.
I think that if you were to turn of traffic reporting for the system, you'll find that that this is happening at peak traffic times.

The solution would be to add more E2T hardware or move some PRIs to a different controller.

We have in use 3x PRIs at the moment and dont recall this problem when we used to have 60 channels.
Is there anyone aware of the E2T requirements for 3xISDN30 ?
