Nupoint Manager Web Console...new mailbox?

I normally create an Nupoint VM Box through putty and console.  I was trying to create a new VM box through the Nupoint Web Console of the server-manager.  When I do try to create a new mailbox the SAVE stays grayed out and never will allow me to save.  If I create through putty and console I can go back through web console...edit and save...just can't create new...Any Ideas?

Guess I am not sure what you mean, if SAVE is greyed out, you haven't entered all required information.

If this is MiCollab you should be doing it in Users and Services anyway, not in Nupoint itself.
