Mivoice 250 Version 6.2 -Default Database and Backup database
« on: February 24, 2017, 10:00:04 AM »
Hello All,
I need to default my database, and want to default the Backup Database as well. I know I've done it before but I can't remember how I did it. Any help would be appreciated!

OPG,

Did you use the Backup on front of the System or the command under Operations?

Thanks,

TE

TE,
I'm not sure if i ever did it from the panel, but i have definitely done it under Operations. The system is new, an Axxess upgrade from about a month ago. The main problem is that every night they lose audio to the BVM. I'm working with tech support, David gave me procedure to follow. One step is to default the database and the Backup. I'm just blanking on how to default the backup.

Thanks

Update, FYI. Under Operations/Default Database, an option comes up to default both the Database and the Backup Database
