UCA Options
« on: August 06, 2010, 07:59:43 AM »
Can UCA be installed on a 5550? I have a customer who wants the UCA client on a 5550 just for the chat feature. Any ideas on the best solution for that?

It won't work with 5550. (I don't think)
But perhaps you would install it with a "Phantom Phone" and use it off line.

That's what I was thinking. But then I will most likely have to reroute that phone to the console so that when people use the UCA and chose to dial that person it will actually ring somewhere. Or I could send it to a VM that yells at the for being lazy.

I'd reroute it.
