voicemail
« on: November 22, 2016, 12:17:57 PM »
I have a user who when she records a new voicemail greeting, she can play it back etc and it appears to have been saved but when someone calls and they get voicemail they hear the old message.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

She probably has a temp greeting set up.
Deleting it from the TUI should resolve it.

Hi Ralph/Anyone who can help...

there is a primary greeting recorded but when you dial voicemail when the phone isnt logged on (hotdesk) i keep getting the generic message instead.

Any help would be gratefully recieved. Ive deleted/recreated the mailbox.

You will get the generic message if you aren't calling from an extension that has a mailbox on the system.

You will have to login and then dial the VM to check.
