This is a large shopping Mall, so it's difficult to know if there are call problems. That is why I want to be able to read the logs.

Not definitively, TONE CADENCE means something with tone detection like busy tone or dial tone detection, decoder would probably have something to do with DTMF detection...
TBH, those logs look pretty minor and are simple warnings, not errors or alarms... I would just ignore them unless the customer has a complaint. Mitel equipment is known for over-logging, and here you're talking a dozen entries in 3 days, I would sleep just fine closing the ticket as NTF.
