single line ringing but not answering on handheld pickup

Hey guys,

I have a single line configured as a key on a mitel 5324.  If the line is ringing and the handheld is picked up, the line isnt being answered and will continue to ring.  How could I configure the line to answer on handheld pickup if it's ringing?

Think that the install wizard's cos has this off by default. Don't use it much.
