Hello, we have just installed a system with about 100 MiCollab users. We have customized the statuses for the users so they are all the same.
However the order that the statuses are listed for each user is quite random. eg: some have "working from home" second on the list and some have it third or fourth.
I tried on my own MiCollab and the statuses seem to be listed in the order they were created but this isn't the case with our customer.
Can someone please tell me how the order of the list is determined and can the statuses be re-ordered so they are in the same order for all users. I have tried to find a config file that I could maybe edit without luck and i can't reorder them from the client software.
