Hello fellow Mitel techs,
I was curious if anyone knew a way to get rid of the prompt after callers hears a user's "Voice Mail Greeting"? The prompt I'm wanting to get rid of (or mask) is: "After the tone please record your message, when finished you may hang up to deliver the message or press pound for more options".
So the end result would be:
1) The caller calls in and desk phone rings.
2) The call times out, and goes to the voice mail box.
3) The caller hears "Hi you've reached Jim Smith, I'm sorry I was not available to take your call, please leave me your name, number and a brief message and I'll return your call just as soon as possible, thank you".
4) The caller hears a "Beep" and can start recording their message.
Maybe its just me, but hearing that system prompt at the end of a user's personal greeting I think is kinda lame.
Thanks,
