Feature Access Code: Call Forwarding non-primary line
« on: November 01, 2016, 12:42:11 AM »
Say I have my extension is 1111
Say I have a 2nd line 1112
Say I have a Secondary phone 1*111

Is there a way to issue a call forward from my handset to the 1112 line?

I am thinking
Call Forward Always, 1112 --> 1*111
so,
*64 (?) ...(?)

If you want to forward the non-prime DN, you probably would need to do a Call Forward Follow Me - 3rd party. So you would dial the FAC (I think *65 is the default code), the DN you want to forward and then the destination DN. If you'll be doing it frequently, I'd program a speed call key for that.
