Mitel 3300
At our firm we use Office 365. We have Voicemail to e-mail setup. It works and then doesn't. What we find is when one person changes their office 365 it breaks it for the firm - voicemail do not go to e-mail. We then send a mass message to staff and the user goes to the MiCollab end user portal, signs in and then to settings to update their password to their new Office 365 password.
What I want to know is there anyway I could easily see which user it is failing at in the Mitel system?
