I really think he should have made the changes using Audacity himself, as it would help in the long run to understand the format and modifying recordings in the future.

If he would come back after an issue, I'm good with that. I hope to empower the user and not do the work.

Yes I agree, even though I did give the easy way out.  :-\

Maybe a reference should be made to upload to this forum as it is a common request.

Nice, just they way I would do it  :)

It might be worth my time to write a how-to for this site.
The link to the other site appears to be for older software since it doesn't match how to do it on my Audacity.
