Envlope settings
« on: October 07, 2016, 11:19:38 AM »
At my old job we had a 5000 and was able to change the envelope settings on a voicemail. Now with the 3300 at my new job I can't seem to figure out how to change it. Users complain that the greeting of when the voicemail came in and on what date is painfully slow.

Thanks!

Try setting the "Date/Time Stamp" to Do Not Play on the mailbox to disable it.
If they want the envelope details they can press 6 to play it I think.

This is assuming embedded VM.

Then the process would vary depending on the voicemail system. In Nupoint, this is managed by the FCOS bits assigned to the FCOS that is assigned to the mailbox. In other VM systems, this process could vary widely.
