Audio for calls on Recall

Hi, Was looking for a bit of help on a mitel 5000, we have an auto Attendant programmed, when we choose certain options the attendant forwards to a hunt group, after 12 seconds the call is then recalled to another group, is it possible when the call recalls to the second group the caller hears the MOH rather than a ring tone? I have set the "Audio for calls ringing this device" for the group to MOH and it works for internal calls but not for external?

Depending on your software version External Calls are handled either by the CO Trunk Group or a Music on Hold Profile. In either case just set the Music-On-Hold setting to Use Next Devices Audio and it should react the same as the Internal Calls.

NOTE!! Make sure to test all of your Call Flow Scenarios to ensure that it is working as expected in all situations.
