just started, have to dial 1 plus area code for local calls?
« on: September 26, 2016, 05:13:10 PM »
one of our offices, out of the blue started having to dial a 1 plus the area code for local numbers?

I have multiple offices and we determine them each within the class of restrictions.  So my main offices is COR #1, and this office with the issue is COR #4.  Now I change my ext to COR #4 and I try dialing a local number obviously fails.  I try dialing a local number that is local from my main office COR #1 and it works.  So obviously some reason #4 is acting like #1.

Where do I fix this?  Trying to look at it now, but figured I would drop this out there now.  I am thinking it is an ARS thing, but I have no idea why it changed?

Thank you,

Did you check the digit translation table to see if the number is being modified on the way out?   Did anything change from the Telco? Is there a new block of numbers that the Telco has assigned and the system thinks they are LD?
