Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue, my Contact Centre reports are showing as blank for all agents etc. It's like my link to the data has vanished!

Can anyone offer any advice?

I'm running version 6.0.11011.1

First thing I would try is to resummarize the data.

In Contact Centre Client
Tools/Management/Maintenance/Summarize Data

Summarize for the day that you are missing.

Thanks for your reply.

That seems to have done the trick. However will all new data be recorded properly or will i have to continually use the "Summarise Data " option?

New data should be recorded properly.

I have had this happen every now and then.

Thanks for your reply Sarond. This has resolved my issue.

Guess i'll just have to wait and see if i get any blank reports going forward.
