Call History

I have a site that has all sets registered to a virtual in Ontario.  They have sets in BC and Alberta and I have set the Network Zones with the different time zones and the times on the phone and in the voicemail is correct.  When the user looks up calls in Call History the calls show the time from Ontario and not BC or Alberta time.

You need to set them up in their own zones.
Check the help pages for zones and time.

They are setup in their own zones.  I have three zones, Ontario, Alberta and BC.  Each sets zone assignment is set to manual and the zone number is entered.

Are you talking about Call History on the phones or in MiCOllab?

We go to Daylight Saving in 5 days - and one of our offices doesn't.
So I will be very interested to check it out on our system.
All I can see are Zones and I can't see any special reason why Call History would be any different to handset time etc....
