You can't delete an extension from the call rerouting tables.
You'd have to delete the extension.
If you just want to stop it from rerouting then assign all 1s across the board.

Thanks,

So I ended up having to call our Telecom company and he told me something new that an extension can appear in another places.  He proceeded to tell me about the category Multiline Appearance Groups that shows all the locations that an extension appears.  So the extension was not deleting from the rerouting because it needed to be deleted from other devices/places first before I could put it on another controller, etc.

Thanks.  Hope this is understandable.

That makes sense.
You weren't trying to remove the line from call rerouting, you were trying to delete the line.
Your telecom company gave you the right info.  That's how you find where it's programmed at.

Careful with that recommendation... We have seen more than one system out there where a value of 1 is not "Do nothing". Seem several where 1 was a 1st Alternative to VM.

Agreed.  I've only ever seen one system programmed that way.  Generally speaking, it's pretty safe to say that.

I was training a customer yesterday and explained that best practice was to leave the first value as default and modify on up. Of course everyone may not do what I consider best practice...Seems Ralph does though  :-)
