UC360 conference phone and 3300

MCD v6 sp2

Hi Mitel Gurus,

I have been trying to configure a UC360 conference phone on to my system and I have had some luck following the instructions and getting it up and running, I have set it as a UC device in MCD.

I can ring out to PSTN number just fine and things work well, but If try to dial out to Webex or Powownow dial in numbers the phone seems to connect but I hear nothing (normally you get an message asking you to enter a meeting ID etc).
My guess that some SIP setting need to be sorted?

btw. I have also connected a polycom IP7000 as a generic SIP phone and I get the same problem.

Any help will be great-fully received, we are using HIPCOM as a SIP Trunk in case that helps.

Thanks

Marcus

Hpcom trunks are usually very reliable and need minmal settings. Howeevr you have one way transmission so you need to look at your router probably. first place to look is the SIPAlg settings. Usually need to be off but may need to be on. Otherwise I would look at port setting for voice.
