I need a tech support personnel to help me restart a system I am programming and made a mistake by not choosing the correct IP phone and left it connected to the system over night now both lan ports are lit without any ethernet cable connected, so there is a major alrm preventing the system from starting; call me at 917-912-2285 if you are available and can help me get the system back up.

Have tried restarting the system by disconnecting and reconnecting the power?
You could try connect a serial cable to the front RS232 port (9600-N-8-1) and see what output you get. This may give indication on why the system is not starting.

Have you tried replacing the hard drive to make sure the system can complete a full reboot? If it does, then, in my opinion, it's simpler to just do a database restore (assuming you have backup).
