MiVoice Office 250 Hunt Group recall
« on: August 04, 2016, 09:30:28 AM »
I think I know the answer but I want to be sure, I have question if I have systems networked that are all 250's for example a doctors office and at the local site if calls ring into a hunt group that ring the local members/agent ID's and I setup a recall to a off-node hunt group that rings into that works fine, what happens to the calls at the local site that rings the hunt group and then recalls to the off-node location but the IP networking is down or the do not have enough of the networking license for example the 6 license with v4.0 and higher, do they go to the local primary attendant just like a trunk group ring in to an application on the voice mail and the voice mail is down that goes to the primary attendant?

My guess would be that calls will leave the hunt group and attempt to ring the off-node hunt group, resulting in Ring No Answer. At least that's what happens to phantoms programmed to ring off-node when the network goes down.
