Exchange 2013 Migration
« on: August 03, 2016, 11:02:10 AM »
We have a 3300 vMCD 7.2 and are trying to upgrade from Exchange 2010 to 2013.  The servers are running side by side until the conversion is complete.  We are having problems with UM users when they are moved to the Exchange 2013 Server.

Our access code on Exchange 2010 is 6100 and our access code on Exchange 2013 is 6400.  We have 2 SIP Peer Profile created identically with the different access codes.  Each one is pointed to their specific Exchange server.  Users on the current 2010 have no issues.  Users moved to 2013 can not use "Play on Phone", it does not play the message, but, the line remains active as if it is.

The bigger problem is when users on Exchange 2013 dial the access code (6400) from anywhere other than their personal desk phone, the system says "You have a mailbox that is not supported by this Unified Server".  It is critical that users can call in from anywhere and access their messages.

Anyone else experience these problems or have any suggestions to try?

Thanks
