Outbound Reports Mitel 3300ICP
« on: June 24, 2010, 05:00:36 PM »
Why do I see XXXX for specific users for the outbound dial # in user outbound reports?  It is only on 1 or 2 extensions out of 10 that I see this on.  Are these extension to extension calls or calls that have recalled to that extension for some reason?

Are you using the COS for the trunks and extensions for the ones the work and don't work?

Can you post the raw SMDR for us?
The command is "logs read SMDR new 10"

You will see in the attached.  User x4277, Login is 7277 then 4277 is repeated or sometimes displays XXXX or as expected the CID.

i.e.

05/04 04:00P 0000 04:58 T7001 005 4277 7277 4277
