Logging incoming number
« on: July 05, 2016, 10:04:42 PM »
Hi everyone - very much a noob to VoIP.

We have a Mitel 3300ICP and I have managed to set up logging of calls incoming and outgoing.

When I review the log, LOGSYS READ smdr NEWEST 200, I get almost the output I was expecting, however the incoming calls show the extensions it passes through(?), eg 700 799 799, and not the originating caller ID

 07/06 11:59  00:00:25 T604  *** 724                         724
 07/06 11:44  00:00:33 T603  001 700 799 799                 400 X 799
 07/06 11:41  00:00:06 T602  001 700 799                     403
 07/06 11:40  00:00:03 706       9999999999                  T603
-07/06 11:31  00:05:02 715       9999999999                A T603

I have managed to get this far using the University of Google but am a little overwhelmed by the VoIP vernacular.

Cheers.
Andrew
