We are in the process of switching from our current 3rd party voicemail system to the Mitel NuPoint. So far everything is going as planned, however we use different accounts for each person that has access to the voicemail/controllers. I'm trying to set them up for the NuPoint, however when I try to log in using any account besides admin I get a windows diaglog box that wants me to put in my credentials again. Doesn't matter how many times I put in the same info, it won't take it. I've tried changing it from VPN user to non and changing the password to be the same as the admin account. Is there a way to add more admin accounts to log in like we have on our controllers?
