Line Preferences

Hey Guys,

Wanting to change the preferences of our trunks, so that when the user hits 0 to get an outside line it grabs a free line in that order. Reason being is that one of our analog trunks gives us cheaper calls than the other. So I need to the preference to be to grab it first and then then the 1st line. Hopefully that makes sense.

Assuming analogue trunks you can modify the Trunk Group under
Trunks>Analog>Trunk Groups
You have to set the mode to 'Terminal' and put them in your order of preference.

You may also need to check your ARS Routes to see what trunk group you're using.
