fowarding a number in a mitel 3300

I have a user that had a set but doesn't need the set any more but wants the number forwarded to a different number. this is on a pri. how can I do that?

There's a few ways you could do it. One of the easiest would be to just set up a system speed call for the DID number to the desired number you wish to point it to.
