How to get rid of the system prompt in voicemail
« on: June 13, 2016, 10:23:47 PM »
Hi, I've search for a while and am having problem getting rid of the system prompt in my MLAA on the 3300 with the embedded voicemail.
System is setup as AA (8300) which has three four transfer boxes. 1- 8991 2 -8991 3 - 8994 4 - 8995
The message on the transfer box have the following message:
8991 – “Thankyou, A Service Desk Engineer will be with you shortly”
8994 – “Thankyou, A Service Desk Engineer will be with you shortly”
8995 – “Thankyou, Transferring you to Reception”

What the users hears is when they hit option 1 "you are being transferred to" pause “Thankyou, A Service Desk Engineer will be with you shortly”

How do i get rid of the system prompt. I've tried via technical function in the in the admin box using option 1 and 6 then 5 and 5, neither of thes worked. How do I make the system prompt go away?

Help please?

Is there anyway at all of getting rid of the "you are being transferred to" I'd be happy to send the call to an extension without the anything.

You could achieve it using an ACD Path and a dialling list. It can be a bit complicated though for a new user.
