Which agents are logged in?
« on: June 13, 2016, 05:32:50 AM »
ACD hunt group configured with "Use ACD Agent IDs" to Yes. 10 agent IDs configured. ACD Agent Toggle key programmed.
So now I've told people to log in, but how can I tell who is logged in? I can use the "View extension" system command but that's tediously manual. Is there something I've missed in SAD or DBP?

Hi Dogbreath.

Mitel's MiContact Centre Office (CSM) will do this well. Alternatively, Mitel/Xarios Phone Manager will give indication of who is logged in next to the person's name.

As far as I know, there is nothing is SADS to view this.

Shame. Loads of useful stuff in SAD and then they miss obvious stuff like this.

Dogbreath,

Typically those types of features require the OAI licensing to be purchased along with a more robust reporting package. This is a marketing and sales tactic not an engineering oversite. Could they do it, sure. Would anyone purchase the other licensing and software if it could; some would but most probably would not.

Thanks,

TE
