Voicemail not picking up on new extensions

Hello,

On any new extensions I build, voicemail will not pick up. I can dial in through the back door and setup the mailbox but It seems like the extension and mailbox are not properly linked. I've setup dozens of extensions and mailboxes before without issue. We have 30 available ports and are licensed for 450 mailboxes and are only using about 100. They have the proper COS and are not restricted.

It seems like I'm doing the setup wrong but it is a straight forward process that is very hard to screw up.

Any advice on what it might be?

You're missing a step.
You also need to forward the phone to voice mail.
You can do this by going to the Change Attributes form under all forms.  Find a phone that you know works and look at the 1st alternative option.
