Calls to Ring Group to have Music on Hold instead of ringing

Can someone please tell me how you have Music on Hold played to callers that are waiting to be answered in a Ring Group?

Is it just a Class of Service option?

I ~think~ the COS timer would be the "Auto Campon" timer.   I think if it's set to >0 the call will camp on and the caller will hear MOH.

I'm very not sure on this.  I really can't remember if the caller will continue to hear ringing when camped on or not.

Didn't change the ringing  :(

I have had confirmation that this is only possible if you use ACD paths.
