Mitel MICC Login Error

I recently installed MICC 8.0 and when thry and use the default username and password of _admin and _password
I get a error :

The Authentication Service was unable to authorize the user. The
Remote server returned an error : (500) Internal Server Error.

Any Ideas???

SQL issues I would guess, use management studio to confirm database is created and permissions are correct

Got it fixed, it was a IIS server issue

RogerV , could you share your solution regards to the IIS problem ...i'm having the same problem as yours...and definitely it has nothing to do with SQL..

uninstalled IIS and MiCC software and re-installed IIS and MiCC software
-
followed KB 52027

CCMWeb showing error 404.17 on a Windows 2012 server with IIS 8
http://micc.mitel.com/kb/KnowledgebaseArticle52027.aspx?Keywords=404.17

CCM Web page now loading but getting internal server error 500 when trying to log in.

Missing aspnet_regiis.exe in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319

c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -I

Now able to log into CCMWeb, CCC and YSE ok
